Overview of some of our recent projects
![]() Delta AirlinesExpansion joint replacement at a parking deck of Delta TOC. | ![]() Three RaviniaAtlanta, GA This office tower had a large opening in an office space between the second and third floor. A new tenant moving into this space requested this opening to be filled in. We placed around 16 yards of concrete, by moving it from the loading dock, up in the elevators to the third floor. Existing office space needed to be protected, to prevent damage. The concrete pour was performed on the weekend so there was no disturbance to the existing tenant. | ![]() Marta Systemwide UPSAtlanta, GA The existing GAP Breaker station required maintenance repairs. We performed epoxy injections in existing wall cracks, resealed corners, door and window frames. |

![]() Ponce City MarketAtlanta, GA This downtown mixed development required a new stair between the 7th and 8th floor. We cut out sections of the existing topping slab, installed expansion joints and re-poured the topping slab. In addition some modifications were made to the existing steel railing, requiring in-field welding and steel fabrication. The existing gutter system around the podium was re-waterproofed, using a liquid applied material. |
