Reliant Building Solutions recently completed another carbon fiber job. The use of the building changed and required strengthening of a foundation wall. Since carbon fiber is stronger than steel when fully cured and takes up much less room than steel, it was a good solution for this project. What you see in the pictures are vertical strips of carbon fiber that are bonded directly to the concrete wall with epoxy. The white smudges at the edges are additional epoxy.
