Reliant Building Solutions is nearing completion of a challenging multi-story steel installation in a prominent Atlanta high-rise. Our steel will support a new curved ornamental stair for a corporate tenant.
Our in-house engineer has been a key contributor since the pre-construction phase, ensuring that all planning and execution details align with project requirements. Throughout the construction process, we adopted innovative, outside-the-box strategies to address the logistical challenges of bringing large steel components into the building and positioning them with precision. Every solution was tailored to maximize efficiency and maintain high safety standards.
Our steel not only supports the new stair, but it also reinforces the new slab openings. Because of this, we worked closely with the subcontractor responsible for cutting the slab openings. This coordination was essential to ensure that the newly exposed slab edges were adequately supported, preventing any structural compromise as the stairwell took shape.
Reliant Building Solutions’ certified welders have worked 10-hournight shifts to keep the installation on track. With our steel installation nearing completion, Reliant Building Solutions is focused on final quality checks and coordination with inspectors to ensure all welds meet rigorous quality standards.
