Reliant Building Solutions was recently trusted to repair a building where the roof had partially collapsed. We had to demolish bent beams and purlins and replace them with new ones. We also replaced the damaged roof decking. The picture shows before and after. And this could have been avoided. It turns out the roof collapsed because water had ponded due to roof drains having been closed off. No one connected with the project knows why the drains had been closed or who did it. At least no one was hurt in the collapse.
